Everything First-Class at Eviva Just moved from San Francisco and found the perfect place to live for my lifestyle needs. Eviva is a nice complex, in a semi-quiet area with fun locations in each direction. A beautiful park a block away, restaurants and grocery stores all within walking distance. In addition, the people are amazing. The staff is friendly, helpful and become part of the Eviva experience.

Incredible Management and Complex!! We recently moved into Eviva after having some issues at our previous apartment complex, and are so pleased with our decision to move here. Shelby went above and beyond to work to help us find a unit that fit our budget and timeline perfectly, and continued to communicate with us extremely well throughout the process without pressuring us in any way. Would not recommend You can never invite guest over because there is not even enough parking for the residents. Our apartment was infested with rats for over a year and management did nothing about it. The neighbors had to band together and take care of the problem ourselves. And when we say infested we are talking about you would see 4-5 rats daily in your kitchen, garage, you could hear them at night etc. we currently have a roach infestation. Management will tell you they will fix things and never do. I’d give it 0 stars ... read more
Excellent apartment! From touring the apartment to finally moving in, Shelby has been an incredible resource and help to us through our cross country move. JOIN US! Amazing – if I had to sum my experience in one word. From a last minute tour to providing transparent information, Shelby was awesome to work with! I’m a military member who was looking only for a weekend and found that Eviva is military friendly and also convenient as an incoming medical resident. Love Eviva Great place to live! I recently moved in and love my unit and the staff is incredible. I really can’t complain about the community or location. I feel like it is a luxury community. It’s well kept and the staff takes great care of the tenants. Thanks Eviva team

Great place to live I have been a resident at Sonora for the past 7 years. It's a great place to live. Has more pros then cons. Two areas with pool and grill. Gym with the all the necessary equipment. Everyone is very nice and friendly. If you have a dog great place. Dogie stations with grabge bags for poop and a dog park. We're moving out of state otherwise we would have continued living in this great community.

Eviva 5 Stars Eviva Midtown has been one of the greatest apartment living experiences I have ever had - hands down. The team here goes above and beyond to provide community building experience to its residents. Some of my favorites include: A charcuterie class, summer BBQ, popcorn movie night, and most recently a fun (and free) cycling class right here in the center of Midtown! Problems are solved before I ever even know there is an issue. Thank you Brittany, Shelby, and Blake for all your hard work; It definitely shows.

Amazing place and amazing staff Just moved in a month ago and everything went as smooth as you could ask for. The staff are all so accommodating and helpful and made it all so easy. The building is super secure and the neighborhood is everything you want. Nightlife, parks, amazing places to eat! Every resident I have met so far has also been super nice as well. This place is very welcoming
