Home warranty chose these people and they wee supposed to have fixed my stove and now nothing works these people are liers and can’t fix a bicycle
Home warranty chose this company, they fixed my washer and my ice maker. I was pleased with their service.
Used this company through home warranty- they came and fixed the washer, ran it a cycle, it didnt work, they said that it needed another part, they took the washer and that was over 3 months ago. They dont answer the phone (we tried calling for 3 weeks and never got an answer) and are the worst customer service I’ve dealt with as a person who oversees 400+ properties. Why american home shield would use this company with such horrible service i have no idea. We still don’t have our washer back or have heard from them since.
Got this company through my home warranty and let’s just say find someone else!!! They don’t NEVER answer the phone and you can’t leave a voicemail either!!! They came out to my house and said they needed to order a fan for my unit and haven’t heard from them since!!! Just horrible and unprofessional
Home warranty gave me this company to repair our refrigerator and oven. first appointment was on time. Second appointment they could not fix either problem due to defective parts they got and not knowing how to diagnose the problem. Third appointment they fixed the issues but were 2 hours late, did not respond to voice mail or phone calls the entire day. Communication is important!
