I usually work out at the Auburn EFC Location, but I've had the same great experience in Sturbridge! Just like the Auburn location, EFC in Sturbrudge is immaculate- trainers and staff are constantly making sure machines and weights are cleaned/put back correctly. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and always willing to lend a heping hand! Their smoothies are DELICIOUS and I look forward to them after my workout with the TRIBE classes. Thanks again EFC, you rock!!
I typically go to the Auburn location due to proximity to where I work but once a week head over to this Sturbridge location for the small group classes. Hands down, I look forward to these each week. It's a small group setting so you get the attention needed from the instructor but you're still with a handful of people so it's very comfortable. Just like the Auburn location, the staff is great, the members have become friends, and the gym is SO clean!!! Thanks EFC, wouldn't dream of going anywhere else :)

I joined in July. Was never a gym person.Now because of the positive staff I'm in better shape at 48 then I was in high school.
