I love EFC. They are truly a 5 star gym that cares about every person who walks through the door (and who doesn’t). Their staff is fantastic and their programs are worth the money in gold. I’ve tried many programs, gyms, etc over my lifetime and EFC Sturbridge is the best yet!
The age group varies from very young to mature. You never feel out of place. I have been going for a year now and feel so much stronger. Trying to stay healthy and off medications.

We love the personalized attention. Having a nutritionist on site is perfect! The staff are awesome!!
Words can't express how much my life has changed since joining #EFC. I started off weak and scared and am becoming healthier and more confident. The EFC staff in the Auburn location have become my motivators, trainers,friends and above all extended family. The Sturbridge location is new to me but perfect for my cardio days and a pop in workout.
