I loved it! I didn't feel like I stood out as a heavier girl, it really is everybody's gym. There were all sorts of people hitting every age and fitness level of the spectrum. Good selection of equipment, and my favorite thing is individual TVs on the cardio equipment!! Treadmill/elliptical/bike time goes so fast when you can choose what you're watching rather than trying to focus on something generic you're not into. Definitely found my new gym!
Clean, friendly, latest equipment, availability is great 24/7.....just need a pool there�

Hit my 70 pounds weight loss 30 more to go! 50 since i joined EFC, I know i would have not gotten to this point without the HIIT classes and the PT sessions with Mike Neely, he's an awesome trainer and pushes me to my greatest potential! The best decision I've made in a long time was joining EFC Sturbridge!
This is the first gym that I joined... and have gone back to! This place is very clean, supportive, helpful, encouraging, organized, & is open 24/7. There's absolutely no #gymtimidation! The price is very reasonable, and they have the latest equipment available for use. The classes are challenging (in a good way), and they are always running sign up specials - you get two weeks of classes free to try, too, after signing up. This gym has everything you need to get or stay fit. I have worked out in other gyms and this is by far one of the best. You will find both cardio and strength training equipment that is top of the line and in perfect condition. Whether you are looking to start an exercise program or just a great place to work out, I would definitely visit Everybody's Fitness!
