Almost a month ago, I called this location ans was greeted by Maggie. She encouraged me to stop by to take a look at their inventory of vehicles. I was immediately impressed with what the car lot had to offer. She walked with me to check out a few cars that had caught my interest. I returned the next day with everything I needed to make my purchase. Maggie was patient, informative and provided exceptional customer service. I see all these positive reviews and I have had FAR from a positive experience with this place. My wife purchased a car from them months ago and every single time she goes there, there is an issue. The issues are never real issues, the owner (the lady) is so "anxious" and seemingly racist that she damn near tries to tow the car every single time she goes, or has some tideous problem like my wife doing door dash in that car, dispite the payments being up to date and no violations of contract.
