My wife and I have never been more harmed physically and psychologically by the actions of this office and the hospital. When it mattered most, they were not there for us. We called several times to get answers from Dr. Masters who was there on March 17th but was probably just trying to run off to her vacation. She had the audacity to say she cared about us person to person after ignoring us all day when we needed her most yet was able to take a call from others. I have best experience here. I will recommend you go there. The staff is amazing. They treat me like family. They are very helpful and will and friendly. Don’t believe what the reviews say.
The office and nursing staff are horrible. Kellie might be the only one who knows what’s going on. Was waiting over 3 weeks for gender and genetic testing and find out today the test was never ordered. Last time I came in for an ultrasound the tech asked me why I was here again when I was just there two weeks ago…. Uh the doctor told me to come on this day !!??!!?? Am I interrupting your day? Switching offices immediately.
