The front office is a struggle to deal with. Appointments constantly canceled, very full schedule so booking same week appointments for urgent follow ups was near impossible, and not very helpful front office people. I work in healthcare, and Dr. Masters and the other physicians were incredible. Dr. Masters truly has the greatest bedside manner of any physician I have ever personally seen or worked with. I'd give Dr Smith and dr hagroo a good rating but the receptionists are the rudest. They are really disrespectful and belittling. I literally would be in the middle of a sentence and they cut me off, interrupting, and making me feel like I was stupid.
