I have called and called and left voicemails and send emails with no response. We placed our order 7 weeks ago and they have not touched base with us at all. I’m incredibly frustrated that I may have to dispute the charge and find another company and waste months in our remodel.
Our order is late and no one is returning our phone calls or emails. Its been about a week on any updates on our $3,000 order. Its disappointing that we might have to drive from NY to Tenesee to talk to someone about this issue.
The whole process of ordering and receiving the windows was very smooth. The customer service, quality and price of the windows were all excellent. We will definitely order from them again.
They shipped me broken casement windows. The top and bottom of the windows were 1/2 inch off.
I had an excellent experience with EveryWindow. Everything was perfect.
