Our order is late and no one is returning our phone calls or emails. Its been about a week on any updates on our $3,000 order. Its disappointing that we might have to drive from NY to Tenesee to talk to someone about this issue.
The whole process of ordering and receiving the windows was very smooth. The customer service, quality and price of the windows were all excellent. We will definitely order from them again.
They shipped me broken casement windows. The top and bottom of the windows were 1/2 inch off.
I had an excellent experience with EveryWindow. Everything was perfect.
They were supposed to delever at 10:00 am ended up being 1:20 am. By 2 guys obviously realimg of pot. The windows had small damage that everywindow talked me into accepting. Now they are fogged a year later and everywindow has advised me to file with manufacturer which isn't them. I have tried they basically say I SOL. Everywindow won't answer any more E-mails or call me. Has anyone had success with lawsuits in small claims court? Will include a picture. Fogging looks even worse in person.
