I can't even get a delivery date and no one picks up the damn phone.
Great quality products for a reasonable price! I have ordered 3 different times and have never had any issues.
Solid built window. Way better than the box stores at the same price. They do take a minute to get to you but if you’re not on a timeline they’re fine to work with. Mine came with a small tear in the screen and they offered to replace.
I spent close to $10,000 (final bill was around $7,500 — which, believe it or not, qualifies as “upwards of 10 grand” in normal human language) and went four weeks calling 100+ times and emailing with zero response. No returned calls. No real person. I genuinely questioned whether this company even existed. Save your time and money. I placed 3 separate orders worth over $10,000 in windows. Most were the premium windows. I paid extra for the northern climate. Not a single window was even close to perfect. I’m absolutely disgusted with this company. I’ll attach as many photos as I can. Every screen was damaged some screen with metal some were fiberglass.
