I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews here!!! If your child is having a medical emergency, you should KNOW to take them to the ER instead of here. No clinician will ever call you or your child stupid... come on. WITH THAT SAID. I was on the hunt to find a pediatrician for my newborn baby and this was the only place that had availability ASAP. I really don’t like living reviews about doctors but this one I have to. My daughter last check up I inform her that she had an asthma attack(me having asthma know what it looks like and how we ended up in the er) and the Dr. Madison did nothing about it stated it could be related to allergies. Then I messaged her take make sure she gets her allergy medicine refilled and cream for her eczema I then asked her to get an inhaler and was told no cause we haven’t seen her for that. I love this clinic and my boys been going here for at least 2 years now. My concern today is I tried to add my new baby to the clinic because it’s highly convenient for me. I never miss my boys appointment and I was told since I missed her new patient appointment due to not receiving a confirmation date, that she cannot be seen there. It just adds a lot more stress on my plate.
One of the worst Doctors office experiences I’ve ever had. Canceled our appointment and rescheduled multiple times, never was able to see the same Doctor. Avoid this office at all costs if you are a new mother.
If I can give 0 rate, I will.Ann,PA she exam my children, teenagers. She called me Stupid, for not too much vegetable intake at home. and she told me my child spine is not straight, further exam is needed but never follow up or refer to anything.
