I have lived here for about 6 monthes And it is AMAZING. Staff is super helpful. Maintenance is always quick to come. After living in a terrible complex before, I am so happy that I chose Everwood as my home❤️
I just moved here and I Love Everwood! The property managers were so helpful and answered all my questions. We walked around and they showed me everything the community has to offer like a gym, pool, dog park, and our own private movie theater and many more. To be honest, the main reason I chose this community is the bathroom. The garden tub and shower are incredible. All my neighbors are friendly and even my dog made friends! I am pleased to call Everwood at the Avenue my home.

ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!! They force you to leave a message, and wait to see when or IF they will call you back... This is a large community, and they do not provide a direct line to the tenants... Want to talk to them, you have no choice but to physically go to the office.... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
