They helped me get to the specialist I needed and did so very quickly. If you see specialist but need outside referrals, they are very knowledgeable.
The phlebotomist did not have enough experience, moved around the needle so much that the blood was pooling on my arm, none went in the tube. She had to pull it out, I felt lightheaded and had to lay down. As I walked out I heard her and the receptionist talking and laughing about my situation. Very unprofessional. Had to leave without getting my blood drawn & in pain.
The staff are friendly and professional. The doctors are very detailed and take their time with you.
