Very satisfied with the alarm installment at our site. The technician was Rahmaad, and he was very knowledgeable about all the equipment installed and getting all the components working together. He was also very easy to work with and listened to our needs.

I've called their 800 number since 6/16/25. Today is 6/25/25. They have told me every single day, that someone from the "local branch" would call me within hours. I am now up to 10 phone calls to them and have FINALLY received a call from the "local branch" who said that they want to charge $395 per hour for a 4-8 hour job (but it's really about a 2-3 hour job) and a $75 "truck charge" because if they dispatch TODAY it's an "emergency". The technician showed up on time. The technician had the problem diagnosed not long after researching potential causes. The technician walked me through several devices and panels and explained their use or function. I would highly recommend Everon.
