This company seems to be landlord friendly and not prone to being tenant friendly. My situation worked itself out but I kept asking for help and my question was never answered. Did they not know? Were they just not answering?
I did not lease with this company, but I worked with Leasing coordinator: I. Guevara and she was very good! She responded timely and was on top of it. There site is easy to maneuver and the application I did seemed to cover all of their available properties, so the application fee was worth it.
I’d highly advise you to go with a different property management company. They will literally add different charges yearly and will also take the rent you add to the portable for other ridiculous stuff. Instead of applying the rent directly to the rent. Getting maintenance repairs is insane. My neighbor has a huge tree that fail one in her backyard from the neighbors next to her over three ago during a storm tree is still there fence still broken.
