We had a representative from this company come to our door informing us of their solar panels. I was curoius so we agreed to the initial consultation. The first half of our presentation was informative and the representative was fiendly. I asked a few questions and she some of her answers she couldn't look me in the eye. These people will keep coming to your house despite requests to stop. I asked them why they would not stop, and they would not even tell me what company they worked for. These people have no respect, so they I would never give them business, but your call!
Tries to position as free service -- just soliciting. Came to our house last night at 8:40 pm. Insisted he wasn't solicitating, but rather providing free energy assessment. Asked him to leave twice, he kept talking finally my husband rather forcibly said "beat it" he gave us an annoyed look, and walked away. There are several similar incidents listed on our neighborhood watch social page. They pressure for both spouses to be present so they can set up financing.
Today, ********************** stopped by cold calling. They seem to be inconsistent with their message. I doubt that half of what I was told was true. Their "doorknocker" indicated that they have a program that has no out of pocket costs and we pay them our monthly electric **** instead of paying it to the electric company. He said that the ********************** panels would cover 100% of our electricity and that we will no longer need the electric provider. Came to our house tonight on a Saturday afternoon. ****** was pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer talking to my wife initially. I had to go out and tell him multiple times, if he wants to leave some information for me to review I'd call them. He proceeds to show me his phone with open appointment times. At this point I don't care if their solar system will make me a millionaire in 10 years, I will not do business with a door to door salesman who is pushy and not listening on a weekend. Everlight Solar made the process so easy to go solar. I am usually pretty skeptical of door to door, but I have always wanted to go solar and Everlight Solar sets you up to do it for no money up front. We just got installed about 2 weeks ago and our system looks amazing. Everyone I have talked to has been friendly, professional, and informative. Highly recommend.
I would give zero stars if I could. Their sales force goes door to door and harasses you after youve asked them to leave and have closed the door. They do not take no for an answer. They continue to come back to sell and comment on your personal property. Really sketchy and creepy. I have a no solicitation sign posted and have called the company to ask to be removed from their badgering sales and they continue to come by. We had them ring the doorbell at 9:30 at night one time! I agreed to a schedule consultation with the door to door salesman. When I told him that my wife would not be there he insisted that I reschedule and have her there. He was very pushy to the point of being disrespectful. I would not reccomend going with this company.
Nick came by this summer and sold us a system. We should have investigated more before signing up, but from what we could find they are a legitimate company with good reviews. Everything went downhill after we signed the contract. From the get-go their entire Project Management is a $&!*-show. They ask for information, you send it.
