Jake came to my house on a Saturday to set up an appointment to go over a solar system. Our neighbors just had one installed so we were interested to see what it all entailed. Same complaints as a lot of other people here. Aggressive sales person just shows up at the door, expects me to provide my name, address, phone number and email so he can "make an appointment" for someone ELSE to come harass us, would not go away when I told him my husband and I DO NOT WANT SOLAR, actually ASKED ME TO GO GET MY HUSBAND. Would not stop talking and go away when I told him, repeatedly, we were not interested, to go away and never come back. One of their solicitors rang my doorbell late at night when I was about to go to bed. I answered the door and asked how I could help him. He told me that he was soliciting solar panels. I mentioned repeatedly that my wife and I were trying to go to bed and asked him nicely to leave. He refused to leave after I asked multiple times. Eventually I turned off the light and he continued to talk after I closed the door. I would agree that this is definitely inconsiderate of people's time and a terrible practice. One of their solicitors rang my doorbell and was pounding on my door excessively. I answered the door and asked how I could help him. He told me that he was soliciting solar panels. I pointed to my no soliciting sign and asked him nicely to leave. He refused to leave my front porch after I asked multiple times and said he can do whatever he wants. I told him off again and escorted him off my property. This is definitely not a good way to earn anyone’s business. Terrible practices and extremely rude and arrogant solicitors.

Your sales people are absolute trash. How can you rightly justify coming to peoples doors at 9:00 PM? My wife told the guy 2 days previous that we weren't interested. The kid came back and this time was harassing my wife to get me to the door even after her telling him 3 times no thank you. After he left I caught him trash talking about my wife on my ring camera all the way down my driveway. Where he proceeded to then start walking through all the neighbors yards looking in windows and knocking on doors at 9pm. This company ... read more

Aaron wouldn't leave us alone after the wife and I said no multiple times and I ended up in an argument with the guy about their inflated "returns". I understand they make commission but continuing to ask us when we want to schedule after we had said no is ridiculous. It took 7 No's and me slamming the door in his face to get him to go.

If I could leave a 0 I would. Company solicitor climbed over furniture that is being used to block our newly stained steps and front porch, she was smoking on my front porch and ignored both visibly posted signs that say "no solicitation" and "do not ring doorbell." Disrespectful behavior.

Scummy sales tactics and misquote the savings you will earn. Clearly know what they're doing and how to extract as much money out of a neighborhood as possible. I'm an engineer that works with renewables(geothermal, solar, etc), these people don't seem to know what they're doing and frankly their culture scares me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Everlight Solar has been trying to sell solar panels to us for the past two years. I initially wrote to the company to ask that they put our address on a "NO SOLICIATION" list. I was assured by a representative that we would not be solicited again.Well, since that initial email, Everlight Solar has stopped at our home an additional three times. This latest stop was at 7:50pm - while I'm putting my children to sleep!The salespeople are pushy and do not take no for an answer.
