I wish I could give it zero stars. I paid for a vacation where I am going to my daughter's wedding in Cancun, Mexico in January 2026. After about a month I decided to add one more day to the trip, which was 1400 dollars. I paid the money then went to change my flight to leave the following day and couldn't change the flight. So less then 15 minutes I notified Tracy that I couldn't change the flight and to keep the original schedule.
