Had the worst pain, worse than childbirth. Once they got me back the nurse and my doc took the best care of me. Only downside was being triaged and then told i had to sit back out in the waiting room for an hour when my pain was a 10 and i was doubled over in pain with a kidney stone.
Since Evergreen took over the Monroe facility we have had excellent care and fast response in the Emergency Room. My mother is 90 and has congestive heart failure and atrial fibrillation AND some serious issues with kidney stones. Any treatment for infection requires input from the pharmacy to insure the least interaction with the Warfarin she takes for the afib. If i can avoid this hospital i will. Takes forever. Staff stand around an tell stories along with police officer that's their for security while you wait an wait. Horrible place to be cared for.

I went to the ER on Monday with bad gallbladder attack and they were amazing. And the nurses were awesome so friendly and so were the surgery staff so friendly. I have a great experience.
My father in law was sent from Providence Monroe Urgent Care over to the ER on 9/27/16. He had multiple issues (heart, lungs, liver, & kidneys) and was admitted to CCU that day where he spent 10 days before being sent to Regency Monroe for 20 more days. We would have lost him had the ER then CCU nurses & doctors not worked hourly to stabilize and improve his symptoms. XRAY techs are really nice,Doctors not so much. they don't even touch you now! but make big dollars to hand out paper work.
