Since it changed to evergreenhealth I feel that they are doing a better job. The nurses and doctor where wonderful. I felt that they listened and cared for my health.
Had a great experience yesterday. No waiting in the ER on a Friday night, doctor was pleasant and seemed to actually care about my injured toddler!
We have had our primary care, and all our health care needs and we never have felt that we are better taken care of than Evergreen Health Monroe.
I went into the hospital to have hip replacement surgery on Feb 7th. I got there at 06:15 and was told that I would have to wait until 09:00 due to emergency surgery. I waited until 08:00 and was told that my surgery was cancelled because if equipment problems. The people were very apologetic and told me that I could have breakfast complement to the hospital. The nurse in charge of the ER gave me a ride home. My surgery is on for today the 8th of Feb.
