Dr Bissett and her team were wonderfully attentive, caring and kind to our Ned, who had 22 teeth extracted and his gums reconstructed. Ned is a 10-year old springer spaniel, and he is blind. It was a grueling 5-hour surgery, but we knew he was in excellent hands. And we were thoroughly informed of the procedure all along the way. Thank you for making this stressful process as comfortable as possible for both Ned and us.
Dr. Bissett is incredibly talented and has amazing bedside manners. We have a 10 year old, 100lb dog, and were quite worried about putting him under anesthesia. Dr. Bissett was so great and we felt so confident in her abilities and her process it totally alleviated our fears. We were still anxious but all went well. Highly recommend her and her team to anyone on the island. We travelled down from Campbell River for a second opinion and were very happy we made that choice. Thank you again Dr. Bissett & team!
