I would recommend looking into the website Apartmentratings.com before renting here. The Apartment community is one of the worst in Bellingham. Not an advisable choice.
Good apartments for the price. The new manager does make everyone follow the rules that the old manager did not. the place has been cleaned up alot. This is a tax credit property so it is low income and you have to qualify to live here.
