I was very skeptical at first from some of the bad reviews from Evergreen Real Estate, but I have worked with Maribel and she has been an amazing realtor and property manager! Quick responses and treats you almost like family :D Whether you are looking for someone to manage your properties, or looking for a new place to buy/rent, i fully endorse having Maribel help out.
They are using age discrimination when hiring employees. They ask this question on their application: :"Question 1 Are you at least 16, but under age 40?"
Maribel was an excellent help, whenever I had a question she always communicated promptly and responded to my needs. Would highly recommend her as an agent.
