I had a great experience with our home inspection. My inspector Frank was incredibly thorough and even took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Buying a home can be extremely stressful however he eased my concerns. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy home inspector.
I've rented through this company for several years, and unfortunately, communication has consistently been their biggest weakness. The application process took much longer than it should have, and from the very beginning it was difficult to get in touch with anyone. Not sure how anyone has had a 5 star experience with this company. All I’ve had is issue after issue and can never get ahold of anyone to resolve it.
All of the reviews about them not answering phones is 100% accurate. I can never get anyone on the phone and they take days to reply to emails. By far the worst property management company I’ve ever lived with.
My experience with this property management company has been extremely disappointing. I received an HOA violation notice that included a blurry, illegible copy of the alleged violation. I immediately explained that the attached photo did not depict my home and requested a clear, legible copy so I could understand and respond to the allegation.
