WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a property management company. We ended up having a mold breakout in the house we rented from them, and they tried to blame it on me and my roommate and said that we misused the HVAC system when we clearly did not and it was a house structural issue. Also there employees were very unprofessional and rude.
I’m a landlord. They got me into a legal issue. The experience could not be worse. Avoid them if you can 1) the team is a mess. They have different people handle different requests. No one knows what’s the situation of the property. Me, as a landlord, need to remind each of them on what happened on the property, and make sure they’re in sync. 2) They had vendors to mash down the wall without my permission, and then come up with a couple thousand bills to put it back. They never answer their phone and will string you along and act like they’re moving forward with applications but really they’re not doing anything. What a horrible company and experience. These people are lazy! Save your money if it’s for an application fee!
I strongly advise caution when dealing with Evergreen Properties and their management team. They are consistently unorganized, unaccountable, and seem to have little understanding of basic management responsibilities. Communication is poor, deadlines are missed, and it often feels like you’re dealing with amateurs who don’t know what they’re doing. Definitely not a company I would recommend to any homeowner or HOA looking for reliable management services.
