horrible, horrible horrible I cannot say enough they are impossible to get a hold of. We have had three emergencies since we have lived there that we’re not on us. We provided pictures proof of everything. The city got involved where we live. We never heard anything. Couldn't even get into the home to tour. No answer on the phone. According to the reviews that's a good thing!
WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a property management company. We ended up having a mold breakout in the house we rented from them, and they tried to blame it on me and my roommate and said that we misused the HVAC system when we clearly did not and it was a house structural issue. Also there employees were very unprofessional and rude.
