I always tell people that I have 2 rules. 1) If I don't let my husband talk/treat me a certain way then I wont let any employer do it either. I'm not embarrassed to admit that I have jumped ship because I've learned a lot about myself, how to treat others, and learned new skills along the way. 2) My mental health comes first which means my employment team/leadership can't be toxic or unsupportive of me or fellow teammates. I AM IN HOSPICE CARE WITH EVERGREEN AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. THEY ALSO WORKED WITH MY WIFE WHO PASSED IN 2018. THEY TOOK AMAZING CARE OF HER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!
I highly recommend Evergreen. I worked directly with their intake coordinator, and it was easy to see that she truly cares about each of her clients. She has the passion in her heart that you hope to find when dealing with a company that provides care for those in need. I am grateful for their whole team!
