Agreed to take over Highland memorial parks people’s contracts. Not up holding the bankruptcy paperwork. Very uncaring n rude people. I just want what my family member paid for back on 1973. That’s in storage. My uncles ashes will not go to that cemetery. If I could remove my gma n grampa n great grampa I would.
Horrible place, a disgrace. They advertise"Caring in all we do" as they rip mementos left by grieving parents and families away and deposit them in trash heaps... They will suck up and be nice to you to get you to buy in, but after that, forget any care or consideration. I would strongly suggest that people stay away from this place..we will never have another family member placed there.. Changes need to be made from the top down in this organization!
My husband and I take my dad to visit my moms grave in the veteran section once a month . again not only had someone mutilated one of the pinwheels on her grave but in the excess pile where someone puts decorations like metal flower hangers ,old flowers etc this is not the first time we have found American flags carelessly thrown on the ground in the excess area . I have came in and complained about this ,today I didn't my dad,and husband are both veterans an were very upset You obviously need more respectful employees or co... read more
