Dr Chung is the best doctor I've ever had! He is helpful understanding and I trust him completely. I've been through a lot with my eyes and I finally have hope. Thanks again for all your help Evergreen!! Along with my doctor the staff is fantastic and so friendly!
I just had my second cataract surgery at Evergreen and both experiences were great! My right eye was done two years ago and Dr Tester put in a corrective lens, which is great! Last week I had my left eye done and he corrected my vision with Lasik before doing the cataract. The whole process was very fast and almost painless. My vision is great. I don't have to put drops in my eye either, Dr Tester puts the medicine in the eye after surgery, it stings a little but goes away in an hour or so and no drops at all. I would recomm... read more
I have had 2 spots in which I spent a grand total of 15 mins with Dr Chung and spent over 4 hours at the clinic. Not my favorite place. To top it off I have been trying to get a copy of my eye Glass rx. They say I went in for a cornea problem. If this is the case why was my ins billed for glass exam. Now they want me to make another appt to do another exam. You couldn't pay me enough money to go back to that clinic.this Dr was ready to remove a scar on my eye. I called in to make an appt for my son. I waited on hold then had to update all my new insurance information. They would not make an appt without my insurance group# for optical and the CSR promised me all I had to do was call back and update that #. I called back and got an older sounding lady just now. I gave her the # and verified the insurance name and she said it does not match what we have that we have to start all over!! WOW :-(
