Just had cataracts removed from both eyes. As always, professional, efficient and caring. We've been patients since 2001 when I received LASIK. Never a problem.
Especially appreciated Christina, who was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Each staff person took time to explain and to care.
What a great place and such a wonderful staff. Very skilled doctors. I will be able to see without glasses!!!
This is the worst costumer service I've ever had at an eye place. When you pay out of pocket for surgery, cash, and it covers all post op visits then they still bill you. The receptionist's are uneducated and rude. They don't even know their own policies. Every month I call and kindly remind them I already paid in advance. Today I was not so kind.... Apparently they can still bill you if they mix their words correctly. The doctor was incredible. Which is very very sad.
The place is very clean, service was great. People are nice. I will say they are very through.
Everyone was so friendly and nice. I was a same day appointment and they got me right in. Thanks
