Where should I begin? Unfortunately, I needed to purchase a vehicle sight unseen due to a military transfer. Steve was good at communicating and sending me pictures, all while assuring me the vehicle was in good shape and drives great. That was all the way up until they tried to get me to pay more money for registration fees, then quickly changed that to a "delivery fee" after we had already signed the papers and banks exchanged money. RecommendedWe had a great experience with evergreen. Kevin was great from start to finish. He was up front and honest about the vehicle and the numbers. He even gave us extra time to test drive and was easy to work with. we have already recommended them to friends who are in the car market.
This dealership makes money taking advantage of people. I bought a car earlier this year that turned out to be a lemon.
Just horrible. Since purchasing my car, I've had to call for multiple issues on the car and have put a lot of money into it to be repaired.

Some girl named Taylor from your dealership was very unprofessional, I had some feedback about one of your sponsored ads and she doesn't know how to take any form of constructive criticism about your online video production. Check your staff guys, it's not wise to have immature kids run your social media page.

Kieth is a great person to “deal” with and his support staff, Taylor, was excellent too. Fair prices and will take care of any found issues if any are found during your inspection and test drive. Not pushy, treat you like you want to be, respectfully.
This place right here is so awesome. I don’t even know where to start their customer service is excellent they treat you like family by far this is the best used car lot I have ever dealt with and there has been a good amount that I have dealt with over the years.
