Great management and maintenance crew and a great place to live!
honestly, giving my honest and full opinion, I was very disappointed because we came all the way from Kansas to Tallahassee and it sounded great at first the lady’s up front hyped us up and we were excited to come down to our new home. we got here on our move in day payed them almost $3000 for move-in fees and deposits just for us to get there get the keys sink was leaking so bad that there’s water damage under the sink and our AC unit was also pouring water from the bottom and it ended up happening twice and when I called e... read more
We lived here for a year and were very happy. The management Devon is excellent; Kierra is always very helpful and attentive! The maintenance team is also very efficient. This is a great place to live!
This apartment has a modern feel with high ceilings and nice countertops. It is visually a really nice space. What made our time here even better was Kierra! She was always kind, supportive, and went out of her way to accommodate us. She treated us like people (not just tenants) and that made a big difference in our stay here. We’re grateful for everything she did and will definitely miss her. Thank you!!
