Recommendedmagnolia commons is the best. I've just moved. Here about 2 two months ago and the employees here have been so helpful. I needed to get an apartment quick and Cheyanne was just amazing.
Property management with horrible customer service and the upkeep is left to be desired. Save your money and move elsewhere

We informed the community staff regarding a mold problem in our apartment #1122. They stated it wasn’t mold so we had our own environmental study done and it was confirmed to be mold (black mold). They wanted us to sign a Release of liability, in order to move to a different apartment.
Beautiful gated community. Great location surrounded by an abundance of restaurants and shops.

Terrible terrible staff, complex and upkeep. There is feces everywhere. My brand new car was vandalized not once but twice, and they did nothing about it. The first time the thief stole the rims off of my car. After getting my car back, the thief then tried to steal my car, and ended up bending the driver side door. The front office didn’t even reach out to make sure everything was ok. I would only live here if you want to step in poop on the way to your apartment, or you want to have your possessions vandalized or stolen. T... read more
