I lived here almost a year, and I love it. The office and maintenance staff are great, the complex is nice, and I love my apartment. My only beef is some tenants are too lazy to open the door of the compactor, and just drop their trash around it, or, put furniture there, when there are signs everywhere, but you can't fix stupid. Most neighbors are quiet and rarely seen though. I haven't had any issues here.

This property used to be well maintained. Management has changed a couple times since I’ve lived here; and I have been less than satisfied with the quality of upkeep and care. Things breakdown and bandaids are put on to keep it working just enough to not have to replace it. It saddens me to see how it has gone down over the years.

Lost mountain apartments was my first apartment and I was very surprised of how spacious the inside was, considering it was an apartment, you can't beat 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, with big living room, kitchen, dinning room area. It was great for me and my teenage daughter. The park is great for the little ones. Dog park you can just let your dog do its thing, while you sit down on one of the benches.
