Our great experience started with Amanda and Malerie. Lovely ladies to work with and got us started with the community. Nikki has really put her best foot forward to get everything taken care of for us since we moved in a little over a month ago. Always lovely to bring an issue to and have it handled in a timely manner. Respectful staff and always ready to help.
I recently moved in. I appreciate Jacqueline, assistant manager for working diligently to ensure the maintenance requests for my move-in were handled and completed. She has shown patience and understanding through the entire process.
Lived at this complex for 3 year and it was one of the worse places I lived in. Delt with alot of garbage everywhere and the compactor was always full or broken. The pool area was alway dirty and the 1 filter for that large pool is never working. There never is propane in any of the BBQ tanks. And let's not get started on the staff. In the 3 years they went through 20 plus maintenance workers. Every year they had a new leasing person and the manager Amanda of the complex is the nastiest person. Finally Finally we have a Great Maintenance man!!! David is smart,efficient works in a timely manner. And cleans up behind himself!! I'm going on 3 years here and he actually works. Instead of riding around on golf cart or a company truck. Or hiding . Or never on property. This man works long days and weekends. He is trying so hard to clean up the mess that the other staff left.He never complains or is negative. Please give him a raise!!! He's a Keeper!! Thanks Linda Davis
Please be advised I have now been contacted by the complex attorney to remove my review, other wise legal action will be taken. This company and complex is the worse place I have ever lived in 43 years of my life. I was racially attack and physically attacked at the pool on June 24th 2025 by a girl and her friend. Than on the 4th of July my husband was threatened by the very same people and thier friends at the pool.
