Sharon: I love these apartments!!! It comes with washer, dryer and a dishwasher. Have accessibility to pool, gym and bbq area. The staff in the office is so nice and helpful. That staff is the best part that really puts the icing on the cake . They are so understanding and one month I was having trouble paying for rent and utilities due to lose of job. I moved here from GA the office staff has been very professional to me . They made my move smoothly my keys were ready same day I arrived . I applied for an apartment on my birthday. Jan 8 th and was approved 2 weeks after. I moved into my unit on March the 11th and needed maintenance for a few issues I had with the my unit and they always come in a timely manner to fix any issues. Even more they explain the issue and how they fixed them. I’m loving my stay here and the property really clean and nice .
As I was applying for the apartments I had a few questions in regards to the fees. On realtor.com they’re offering a deal on application and administration fees. They are no longer offering the deal they have advertised and will not honor it. The girl on the phone laughed at me when I asked about it and then proceeded to hang up on me when I still talking. I just recently moved back to Chattanooga and finding a place wasn't easy. Everyone was full and not taking applications. Another property they own actually referred me to them. And I can say the process was very smooth and easy. Being young I thought this process would be very hard for me but they were so helpful. The application process was great.
