I been liveing at Evergreen going on three years now and havent had any complaints. I know since the new management took over there has been alot of improvements and still working hard to improve. The maintenance team is quick and girls in office also have been great. Everywhere you live has some type of problems with drugs violence or thefts but i havent had any problems. I hope in the future they could put handrails on the entrance steps for us that are disabled.also better lighting in parking lot.Come on out and check it ... read more
