Everything is terrible, the worst place ever.
This property gets 0 stars. There is a leak that has been sustained in a unit on Blatty place, no fault of the tenant that has remained unresolved since May 29,2020 which has turned into MOLD. The ceiling of the apartment literally fell in due to the negligence and lack of preventative maintenance of the buildings sewage/ drain cleaning. The property manager of the Christiana reserve has been on vacation and mold infestation of the building has been the least of their concern… See more

I am so disappointed with living here. The worse thing about it is that me and my boyfriend fought tooth and nail to get this place. We moved in on May 1st 2019. We have only been here for about two months and have had nothing but issues. We did our initial walk-through and thought everything was okay because we were in the honeymoon stage right. Any property owned by Evergreen is BASURA! (Trash) I live in one of their properties, you can’t run more than a few electrical items at once, I have to turn on my bedroom light for my range hood to come on, always a problem with the hot water, spray paint in the halls, they have a lock on the laundry room door but not the door to the building, I could go on and on but I won’t avoid Evergreen properties at all cost
We have lived here since last May. All we have is complaints about this apartment. We moved in and the smell was deplorable. The dirtiest apartment I have ever moved into. We cannot wait until our lease is up. Wouldn’t recommend this even on my worse enemy.
