Unprofessional management, and absolutely appalled by the way they are handling a situation. This place needs to kick it into gear ASAP this Marysville for Christ sakes...

12/22/16- Being that I'm the manager here, I can verify neither of the 2 gentleman who have reviewed my property have even lived here. 8/25/19- Update- Based on information from current tenants & being that I was relieved of my duties in June for no valid reason, I can no longer confidently recommend living at Colonial Estates. Within 1 week of my departure, tenants reported seeing drug deals & 3 apartments have been broken into. Unprofessional management and too many problems that had to be addressed and never resolved. Property manager likes to hold grudges when you have to force her to do what's necessary or if any complaint is made. This was a very stressful year here and I'm happy to be leaving.

I am so excited to live here. The manager is absolutely amazing. She is kind and she has showed me the apartment twice just to make sure we would like it. She has answered every question and was super nice to my children as well. The apartment complex is super clean. Every tenant I have met there are kind and welcoming. The maintince guys are super nice as well. The play ground is super clean. The apartments are amazing size. I'm getting a three bedroom. They are super nice!!!
I love this place. No I don't work for them I am a contractor for them. So I have no gain to leave a positive review. The property manager is great. One of the nicest people ik. Whenever i do have to come out to this property I actually enjoy it. Trust me as a contractor not everyone is so easy to get along with. I have had e tensive conversations with property manager.
