Never fixes anything. Water leak from heavy rain that wasn't fixed for over a year and eventually turned to mold. Took 3 years to fix rotting wood in the balcony. Old cabinets that were falling off the walls. Never updated flooring. Rusted screen doors that were "painted over" instead of replaced. Rotting wood door also painted over instead of replaced.
