Former resident who really appreciated the maintenance and grounds keepers. James always did a great job and was knowledgeable and calm. The grounds keeper were friendly and always said hi. The property was kept clean and looked nice. They would dust the exterior of the buildings occasionally which kept the property looking nice. I am so glad I left. Lots of unresolved issues that were traumatizing for me and my family. 3 years of constant stress here. All we wanted was fair business and peace. These people are not kind.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Jen was just unhelpful and dismissive and was uninterested to assist me. I will not ever consider residing here
Huge thanks to the leasing staff and management! They’ve been amazing — always friendly, quick to help, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Great job and much appreciated luz she should promotion the way she deal with clients make everything so easy and smooth for us and Kristine too
Most horrible place to deal with, no matter how clean you leave the apartment they will stack up charges and never give you back your deposit. I wish I could give minus stars because the people that run this place are crooked and I would never recommend anyone to live here. In a time where times are hard then to have these idiots stack up charges and take your whole deposit is ridiculous.
