Most horrible place to deal with, no matter how clean you leave the apartment they will stack up charges and never give you back your deposit. I wish I could give minus stars because the people that run this place are crooked and I would never recommend anyone to live here. In a time where times are hard then to have these idiots stack up charges and take your whole deposit is ridiculous. DONT MOVE HERE ITS GUETTO ALOT OF POLICE ACTIVITY, LAST NIGHT POLICE AND SWAT, HELICOPTERS WAS LOOKING FOR SOMEON… I KNOW TOO MANY RESIDENTS WHO COULD COMPLAIN THAT THIS PLACE GOT WORSE TO LIVE, PARKING SUCK, TRASH OVERFLOWS.. THIS PLACE IS TOO PRICEY FOR WHAT YOU PAY RENT LIVING IN A HOUSE IS THE BEST BET THESE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE IS OUT FOR YOUR MONEY THATS ALL THEY WANT THATS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT, SAVE YOURSELF, IF YOU CUT THE LEASE SHORT THEY WILL GET YOU FOR YOUR MONEY AND THEY DONT WORK WITH YOU.
Having moved to California from out of state, everyone from the evergreen's office made my transition to the apartment very seamless. Luz was incredibly helpful and prior to my move-in date, was able to assist in me getting an apartment with an in-unit washer/dryer. Also a great area with close proximity to highways and shopping centers. Would highly recommend looking into evergreens.
My experience with being a resident at Evergreen Apartments in Rancho Cucamonga is great. The staff in the leasing office is outstanding. Kristy, Kristina, Luz, and Jennifer are always professional and helpful. The maintenance crew Joe, and James, are so nice and willing to help the tenants. Rhonda Rox
