Evergreen apartments and their staff have been great since the first interaction we had with them. When we first came to take the tour Dominic assisted us. Dominic was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient. The staff at Evergreen is always ready to help and does so with a great attitude. We have been very happy with our choice to live here at Evergreen. Thank you Dominic, management and the service staff.
Trash trash trash!!Jennifer and her team are the absolute worst!! They never take accountability for their mistakes and just hang the phone up when they can’t answer questions!!! Run!!!
Former resident who really appreciated the maintenance and grounds keepers. James always did a great job and was knowledgeable and calm. The grounds keeper were friendly and always said hi. The property was kept clean and looked nice. They would dust the exterior of the buildings occasionally which kept the property looking nice. The night service managers were nice and Pete was very friendly. I met a lot of good people while I lived there and miss my old neighbors. I am so glad I left. Lots of unresolved issues that were traumatizing for me and my family. 3 years of constant stress here. All we wanted was fair business and peace. These people are not kind.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Jen was just unhelpful and dismissive and was uninterested to assist me. I will not ever consider residing here
