I’ve been here for a month now , and from the beginning to move in everyone here made it so smooth. The staff in the leasing office are so sweet and kind, and they didn’t change after I moved in either , they’ve checked on us to see how we are doing and how we like the community, it’s really been such a great experience here. I definitely recommend. Dominic was great with all the paperwork and communicating with me every step of the way. Highly recommend Evergreen apartments.
Property is a total mess, the leasing team will do anything to be shady and get u to sign before u rent atANY of there properties be sure u evaluate California tenant laws because they expect you not to know the laws.
Kristina Duarte was the person of contact for us at this apartment complex. She was very kind, welcoming, and helpful in finding us our home. She heard our criteria and requirements and worked to find us a place that fit that and our price point perfectly. I was very grateful for her assistance! She's awesome.
