Son is staying here during school. Nice neighborhood and so far extremely friendly staff and grounds workers. Very happy with these apartments.
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! The staff here has one goal and that’s to get you to sign a lease agreement. Once you’re moved in they do not care about helping you or doing anything out of their way to improve the complex. Every issue you bring up will be blamed on yourself or the person who lived in the unit before you. They will NEVER take accountability for anything. Krystle was absolutely amazing throughout our entire experience at Evergreen Apartments. We originally toured a few months ago, and what stood out was how she genuinely kept in touch with us without ever being pushy. When the timing was finally right, she helped us get an incredible price and made the whole process feel easy.
