My family of 5 moved here to a 3br 2½ bath Townhome November 2025. We have been extremely satisfied by management and maintenance. They keep up with lawn and yardwork, and with the pools and spas (they have 3) the 2 play areas they have are well kept as well, I like how they have a clubhouse as well so if you want to just get away and be by yourself for a few hours, you can do that there. EVERGREEN appartment managment services has gone done in past few months. making false promises and not take their customer seriously.
Son is staying here during school. Nice neighborhood and so far extremely friendly staff and grounds workers. Very happy with these apartments.
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! The staff here has one goal and that’s to get you to sign a lease agreement. Once you’re moved in they do not care about helping you or doing anything out of their way to improve the complex. Every issue you bring up will be blamed on yourself or the person who lived in the unit before you. They will NEVER take accountability for anything.
