Lived there for 22years nice apartments and noisy neighbors. They just got to know who you are...noisy
lived here and truly not worth the money! annual price increases around 15%. they paint over mold in bathrooms and over previous tenant’s hair/other trash left behind. bathtub and shower had hair inside painted over. the countertops peel off and they tell you to superglue them back on. they have a constant cockroach problem and laundry loads are small-medium sized and cost over $6 and most of the time your clothes are never dried! pools during summer showed up green multiple times and weren’t cleaned for weeks at a time and ... read more
apartments are not well-maintained, and it is not a family friendly environment based on activity witnessed during my stay
My family of 5 moved here to a 3br 2½ bath Townhome November 2025. We have been extremely satisfied by management and maintenance. They keep up with lawn and yardwork, and with the pools and spas (they have 3) the 2 play areas they have are well kept as well, I like how they have a clubhouse as well so if you want to just get away and be by yourself for a few hours, you can do that there.
