I had a memorable encounter from the very first phone call to the appointment scheduling and the actual visit. The representative who helped me was friendly and very congenial, swiftly locating and mending a clog in my downspout.
After setting up some repairs, a technician arrived with a friendly apprentice to do the job. They did just what I asked.
"When my water heater started leaking, I called this company around 3 PM. Me and my parents have always trusted these guys. They got back to me so promptly that I barely had time to think about how I was going to manage until I had hot water again! This company fixed a pipe in my plumbing, and I'm very happy with the work they did. There was no trouble at all because the plumber knew what he was doing. The work was done quickly and correctly, and the price was fair. Excellent service!
