This was my second year as a client here. I love their advances in technology making the process much less stressful. I was even able to get through the air puff test (which I don't have a good history of completing as I get very overwhelmed when things come near my eyes, so I had a lot of comfort and trust in their team). I appreciate the skills of their doctor, technicians, receptionists and Peggy, who found the perfect pair of new frames for me on the first try. I received a message on November 19 saying that my kids glasses arrived. When I went to pick up the glasses they only had one of the prescriptions filled. They said they would check on the other prescription. After two weeks and not hearing back from vision plus I decide to stop by. When I arrived there was a mother and child waiting for over a half hour trying to pick up glasses, the older lady that works there told them the glasses were already picked up, thirty minutes later they find they glasses. I found this optometrist by looking at the lists from our insurance companies. They took both my & husband's insurance. We went in together & were seen right on time. Everyone was friendly. The doctor was fast (but not too fast) and efficient. They had all the newest equipment. Both of our Rxs had changed & our new glasses work great & look great too. Very happy with everything here & we will come back to get our eyes checked here next year. Update; we came back, & our insurance benefits had been cut. I found a frame I reall... read more
