I’ve been going to this doctor’s office for a year or two now, and in the beginning, my experience was great, but overtime, the scheduling process has become pretty frustrating. Multiple times now, I’ve been told that the office would reach out to me to set up a follow up appointment. That has not happened once. My appointment requests in MyChart are frequently overlooked.
