As a new patient I was a little nervous but once the elevator doors opened I was warmly greeted by two rockstars named Bianca & Catherine who were able to get me on the schedule for the following day where I met my new doctor Tracey Trinh, AANP who is a fantastic listener, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Western Washington Family Medicine @Silver Lake. Thank you Douglas F
ARNP Trinh was courteous and thorough. She listened and responded to the essence of my questions and statements. If there was anything that wasn’t clear, her questions were to the point and helped clarify the issue.
All very professional and friendly. I felt heard and cared for.
During my last visit, not only did the admin staff LOSE MY RESPONSES TO THEIR QUESTIONNAIRES, they also managed to drop the ball on checking whether a provider-ordered test was covered by my insurance! I enjoy the care I receive from V. Longstreth, but their admin staff is almost useless.
