Got a U-Haul for a last minute move and streak of bad luck left me scrambling. The staff was kind and accommodating extending my rental 2 days in a row when I couldn’t get the U-Haul back in time, they even called to check on how things were going and remind me to breathe- alll would be ok and that was the support I needed- Ty so much for your kindness and helping hand

Very happy that when I Googled, "Storage near me" Everett Downtown Storage popped up. Security and cleanliness are first rate. Price is fair and most of all the entire staff is great - couldn't be happier!
Always a positive experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are always very clean. Most importantly storage space is dry!
