I highly recommend Everett Downtown Storage on Hewitt to anyone needing a storage unit in the Everett area. We rented a 10x15’ unit for almost two years while we were having a house built on a small island in Puget Sound, and our belongings were always safe and secure in their clean and well-maintained storage facility. Update 12/30/25: Rec'd a call from one of the owners letting me know that I could call him personally if the office was closed again during business hours. Thank you, Joe! All was great with the exception of twice that I went to the office during their Open Hours and there was a sign on the door saying they'd be back with a clock and the time. I had driven more than 20 minutes and couldn't wait until they returned. Inconvenient.
Amazing customer service! Anne was very helpful with check in and made my morning quick and easy. Will definitely be using this place again :)

Got a U-Haul for a last minute move and streak of bad luck left me scrambling. The staff was kind and accommodating extending my rental 2 days in a row when I couldn’t get the U-Haul back in time, they even called to check on how things were going and remind me to breathe- alll would be ok and that was the support I needed- Ty so much for your kindness and helping hand
