The customer service leaves much to be desired. There’s a big lack of accountability. There’s no accountability for mistakes made by the staff and the blame is pushed on the customers. I say customer, not patient, because they care more about profit than what’s in the best interest of the person. The dentist pushes non cost effective treatments in the form of “options” for non insured procedures that demand upfront payments.

I got my two wisdom teeth out,it was fast,no pain. The doctor was great, no complaints at all. I do recommend specially if you have a complicated case like me :)

I've had an excellent experience at Everett Dental Clinic. The front desk has been very helpful making appointments that work with my schedule and everyone in the office has been very kind. Dr. Lin has done amazing dental work for me over the past 6 months. He's been able to work with my state insurance, using his professional expertise to be able to help me with difficult fillings that other dentists weren't willing to take care of with my state insurance. I normally don't leave one star reviews, but I'm honestly kind of shocked about what happened yesterday. I went to Dr. Lin becuase he took my insurance and could get me in sooner than later. For context, I have a root canal and crown on my front tooth. Dr. Lin looked at my x-rays and immediately told me that the root canal post in my front tooth had cracked. He said that he'd never seen anything like it before in his entire career. He said it was likely a root fracture, and that the redness over my gums was due to an infect... read more

I had to have 19 teeth pulled to get ready for dentures. I have fibromyalgia, and I was really scared I would be in a lot of pain during and after. Dentist, Linh D. Nguyen D.D.S. was awesome It took 1 hour...top and bottom. He was really fast and precise with the numbing needle. I only asked for a little more numbing twice. The same tooth was difficult.
