Oh my gosh Jeff is so rude. Customer service 0. He did answer the phone before open for business so I give him 1 star but that’s because there was no option for 1/2 a star.
This is the worst encounter with a business I have ever had. Bottom line, they hit our car which was parked on a public street in front of their business (that my wife was sitting in at the time) and the first thing he said was "I didn't damage your EXPLETIVE car". Then the owner had the hubris to call my wife "an idiot" when she got out of the car to inspect it.
