The individuals who work for and run this company should be out of business. It is disgusting how this company is run and how the people treat renters. If you need something fixed expect to wait months if not the full year. They will say, "Oh, we forgot. *****". My major issues with this company is how they steal money by the wording used in the contract and how disrespectful they are. ***** is by far the worst. These people are COMPLETE CRIMINALS! I rented a house from them and stupidly paid a very large deposit, which included "assessment fees" and other nonsense fees. I figured I would get this back at the end of my tenancy. I was an exceptional clean tenant and did not worry. At the end of my lease term, I received a letter from them stating that they were deducting $1,500 from my deposit. I couldn't believe it.. I left the house immaculate. Scammers! We rented with Everest for one year. We made the mistake of signing contract before doing our research. Left the place spotless, professionally painted, and cleaned including carpet cleaning. No patch work as we found when we moved in, EVERY inch inside was painted bc they didn’t have a paint code plus my 2 year old aka Picasso made art on almost each wall.
