Horrible company. Can not get your property manager in person, only by text or email. They overcharge their rental prices doing damage to the market. They overcharge bogus fees, make bogus charges against exorbitant deposits in order to not return them to tenants. They do not take care of properties and do the bare minimum if they do anything. Very unprofessional! Very crooked!

We have lived in our home 10 years. If we send a ticket in, they come and fix it as long as its over *****. They have always been responsive. I had one issue one time with one certain employee but we did get it worked out.

HORRIBLE! After approval, security deposit was doubled. When it came time to move in, the pool was filthy and 6 inches too low on water and lawn was over grown. I was told it was my problem to maintain!!! Last time I checked, maintain meant to keep up on it's current status.I immediately called, texted, and emailed. No response from anyone! It's now 5 weeks later, I almost have the pool corrected, I notified them that I would be taking the cost of the pool chemicals and water out of rent 4 weeks ago. I recently rented from this company. The process to get in the home was seamless, however it has been a disaster since moving in. Everything is either broken or not working properly and we have only been in the home 10 days. When we submit a request we are told this is our problem due to the lease agreement and we have to fix everything, however they rented the home broken, dirty, and infested with bugs. Check out the Yelp reviews. The reviews here are accurate. These people are dishonest thieves.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. First of all they lie about availability. Once they get your application fee they will even email you a lease on a property that is not available. You only find that out when you go down to pay the deposit etc. Then they say sorry it is already leased but they can find you another property since the application fee is non refundable. Let's start by stating that NO stars is not an option. But it was not always that way. My lease started in 2016 and the management then was more than responsive. Never an issue until the new management came onboard. At the end of the lease, I was charged for miscellaneous items; batteries for the smoke alarms, exterior bees nest, and lawn trimming until it depleted my deposit. This company does not provide full refund even if the rental Is left spotless. They charge claim fees for no apparent reason. Do not rent from them. If I can give them a zero will gladly do that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
