I wish "O" stars was an option. They will rip you off at every turn. Highly unethical. Do NOT, under any circumstance, rent a property that they manage. Avoid like the plague. Wait, that's an insult to all plagues.

My wife and I decide to move closer to the beach. We called Everest realty group and we had the pleasure to talk and work with. Julia Monkevitch . She was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful to answer with all the questions we had.I would recommend Everest realty to my friends and family. We are looking forward, to make this our home for the next several years and we will treat it us it was our own.

The reviews are from friends of friends that have been taken care of probually with best interest in mind. Which Only significant others, friends or their own children write a review. How many people can write a review under the same house hold. hmmmm wait!!! really????

I was referred to Everest Reality by a friend, who had nothing but praise based on his experience with a lady called Kerry. It must have been fate, as when I called, I also got Kerry, who was absolutely fantastic. Professional, courteous and extremely helpful, even though I was merely on a fact finding mission at this stage. I just had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life. I called Everest Realty to ask when I would learn more about the withholding of my security deposit. I was told that the person I need to talk to is on vacation and won't be back for nearly two weeks. I asked for their full name and the women on the other end of the line (Tiffany) refused to give it to me. Tiffany was immediately defensive and aggressive with me. Excellent rental management company, The new property manager is polite and professional. He handles work orders quickly and correctly. I've dealt with many other management companies in the past where they don't maintain properties to the standards one would expect. Everest does not defer maintenance in the way so many other companies in this area do.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This is the worst rental agengy ever! They do whatever they need to do to get you in, but at move out will try and take your full Security deposit for things that are not in your lease or things that were broken before you moved in. For example, when I moved in ai never actually got to see the house, I signed my lease because I drove through the neighborhood, I liked the photos, and didn't want someone else to get the house.
