RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM EVERNEST AS POSSIBLE. Do not rent from them. It is a nightmare. I have verified mold, 87% mold particles in the air. My child began getting sick shortly after we moved into the property and continued to get worse, which led me to do an air quality test. I have since paid for specialists to come out and find where the mold is coming from, because Evernest has not done one thing to find and remediate the issue. Company is terrible. They literally have an F rating on BBB. Don't trust the google review, they are bloated to keep the numbers up. Every other review site had Everest at 1 star. Maintenance will take forever and that's if they even fix the problem. Was asked for a new ESA letter 6 months into my lease contract for no other reason then to attempt to extort more money from a disabled tenet. Tenet provided information to verify validity of current ESA letter (because they dont expire). Heard nothing back from Everest until i ...Ā read more

Today I received a letter 32 days after I moved out of a house I rented for 4 years and not one day late on a single payment. The company wants to scam me out of $1231.75 Even though I left the house in perfect condition and bought a new fridge during my stay and they want money for repairing the old fridge š¤£Ā
Worst company ever! Jacks up their rental prices while helping damage the market. Does not take care of their properties, does the absolute least possible. Invades tenant privacy with inspections of 360* cameras, charges tenants for homeowner responsibility, keeps deposits by bogus charges. Will threaten with eviction for everything. Worst real estate company. They will never do any maintenance even if something is life threatening and will harass you and bully you into keeping quiet about it. If you rent from them, expect to live in inhumane conditions.Ā
This company should not be in business. They are rude, lazy and unethical to say the least. Honestly if you can avoid renting any homes they manage I would do so. Besides the disrespect they give out like candy, you could build a home before they fixed an issue within the rental house. Be prepared to not recieve your security deposit back and if you do, it is very little. They took over 1350 of my 1600 security deposit. I spent 2 days cleaning from top to bottom. Everything they charge you for is way above the normal cost. They charged me $125 for dog poop which wasn't my dog because there was no fence. It could have been anybodys dog. $60 for trash in the yard which wasn't mine either. I replaced all the bulbs with reciepts and they charged me for replacement bulbs. If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is money hungry and completely unprofessional. My mother was looking to move into a property in the same neighborhood as my aunt that has dementia and early onset Alzheimer's disease.
