Drain and Plumbing Having come home late from work to a backed-up drain in our basement we called Everest Drain and Plumbing. Owner Khem answered the phone and quickly arranged for service within 30 minutes of our first call. He sent Indra Khadka who was very professional and absolutely amazing to work with! Kitchen plumbing Boy am I happy the water leak issue under my sink has been resolved. Stephen, the plumbing supervisor, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He is trustworthy and did fantastic work. Kitchen sinks were blocked and water was backing up We called Everest Drain & Plumbing on January 11, 2016 to report our problem and request service. Although they were available to come the next day, we weren't available until the following day. We booked an appointment for 9:00 in the morning and Douglas was at the door at 8:50. Install new faucet I called everest drain and plumbing to do an install of a new kitchen faucet today. the company said they could send someone within the hour. Sewer pipe replacement We called Everest to replace a cracked sewer drain pipe. We asked them to replace the entire stack - basement floor to 2nd floor washroom. They called back quickly, showed up when they said they would and irish Sean and his assistant (apprentice?) were courtesy and hard working. We were probably quoted a price a little higher than it should have been for the job but the other two places we called didn't bother to follow-up or come to do a site inspection when they said they would.

Bathroom Sink replacement I had a broken bathroom sink which I tried to replace myself and very soon released I will be needing the expert hands of a pro. Repair burst pipe, reroute pipes In February a pipe in our basement froze, burst and flooded the ceiling. On very short notice Everest sent Steven who immediately identified the source of the problem and did an emergency repair. At the time he also recommended moving the pipes further from the outside wall to prevent future freezing. Last week he came by and took care of that - the company is very responsive, efficient and their people are pleasant to deal with.
