We had a potentially serious basement drain backup developing. Everest responded quickly and Indra arrived the same day as our call. As he worked on the diagnostic he kept me informed and was sure I saw the problem clearly as he offered details on what had happened and the steps to do the repair. He was upfront about the costs for each step that might be needed to solve the problem. Ive had the absolute worst luck with plumbers. Ive been in my house nearly twenty years and in that time I havent had a single, reliable plumber. They dont show up, they ignore text and voicemail messages, they try to upsell me and/or are just generally incompetent. I contacted Everest Drain and Plumbing based on the great customer reviews on both Google and Homestars. Suraj was able to come the next morning. Out tenant, who has zero handy skills at all, had a problem in the condo where "water was leaking from the toilet." They couldn't articulate anything more than that. Turns out it was an extremely simple fix in changing out the braided supply line and one part in the tank. A 30 minute job (and that's generous!) and $40 worth of parts (also generous). Burst Pipe Repair I recently had a burst pipe in my upstairs bathroom, the timing couldn't have been worse; it was on a Saturday of a long weekend. I started phoning around to find a plumber who could respond to an emergency flood.
