We paid deposit for solar panels and on the day of delivery they didn't show up and ask us to pay full price before installation which is not right. We tried to contact them and they don't answer the phone. DON'T TRUST THEM!! We would like to get OUR DEPOSIT BACK.
The promotions they offer to secure the deal are a total scam. I am commencing action via the Office of Fair Trading and then NCAT to recover the value of the promotion. Their Indian call center simply does not respond once things get too difficult. I would not deal with this company again.
Please avoid this company. They haven’t connect my solar system to the main Grid for a whole year and this solar system does not make any difference to my bill at all.cheap quality and not good staff.
Arranged the solar system with them, everything worked very well, and salesperson even called me after 6 PM to help follow up, which we appreciated. HOWEVER, things changed after they came to my place. They tried to do the installation and told me my roof tiles had some quality issue; tiles kept breaking into pieces once they step on them. They said they wouldn't be able to do the rest job; told me all the tiles would smash during the installation, and I will face the leakage problem later.
